We personally found healing using each of these tools and wrapped them in a beautiful, keepsake box to likewise empower you to create your own practice. Included is our Smudge Stick, Moonstone Crystal, 30 Days of Healing Workbook, and Calming Serum.

Use:

• Gently light the Smudge Stick for 10-15 seconds and use the smoke to cleanse your space
  
• Place the Moonstone Crystal on your abdomen, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths
• Lightly press the Calming Serum onto any of your nine major pulse points, we recommend applying pressure at the point located in the webbing between the base of the thumb and base of the index finger for about one minute
• Complete your favorite mind, body, or spirit exercise from your Workbook; jot down thoughts and feelings

Products come packaged in a 11.25" x 11.25"x 4" reusable box. Our smudge stick is wrapped in a reusable rice paper bag and measures approximately 4" x 1.5" x 1.5". Our crystal is wrapped in a travel muslin bag and measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5" x 1".
