The Story

The Egyptian Goddess of protection, pleasure, and the bringer of good health, Bastet was often also depicted as a woman with the head of a cat. As a great protectress, she looked after the sick, guarded households, and watched over cats. Bastet’s energy is one of benevolence, safety and security, and kindness. If this resonates with you, you should choose her as your patron Goddess. Sekhmet is perhaps the most terrifying of all the Egyptian Goddesses. Her name means “she who is powerful,” and she was regarded as the Goddess of the hot desert sun, chaos, and war, but also of healing. When she wasn’t all riled up, she took on the persona of cat Goddess Bastet. If you ever want permission to release pent-up anger, seek out Sekhmet.

14k Yellow Gold Vermeil

Our 14k gold vermeil is the creme de la creme. This French technique is superior to common gold electroplating, though the two are often compared. However, in our process, we take it a step further by offering a thicker 3 micron plating instead of 2, which means your vermeil pieces are significantly more durable and long-lasting. Very few other jewelers do this.

Storytime in the Bath:
Our oxygen bathing technique ensures your Awe pieces are luxe and enduring. Oxygen bathing is done to remove all moisture and liquid from the sterling silver before the 14k gold layer is added. It allows the gold to adhere more tenaciously to the silver and prevents tarnishing between layers (which would ultimately show up on the surface). We don't skip steps or take shortcuts - because you deserve the very best.

          Beautiful

          I absolutely love this necklace set!! It's stunning. I love all things ancient, whether it's Egyptian or Greek, Mayans or Celts... Such a beautiful set!!           Stunning!

          I love this necklace!!! The pendants are a nice weight. The design is phenomenal and very intricate! I have been to Egypt and enjoy the mystery and intrigue of the Pharaoh's, gods and goddesses. And now I have my very own!
