Disability Representation

  • as a disabled woman (legally blind) I would absolutely love to see some representation in the goddess pantheon. Themis is often associated with blindness and it would be amazing to see her again. the Nosoi or Nosi (greek) also represent illness, Cailleah from celtic mythology, Talona, Surpnakha. Disabled women in mythology are often portrayed as villains and it would be so awe inspiring to give them back their power

  • I know it's 2 months later, but co-signing what Natalie said. I'm also disabled (blind, among other things) and it would be beautiful to have representation in Awe's merch. Lots of seers throughout folklore and mythology are blind - it's a trope, but one that we can reclaim.

  • It would be wonderful to have a goddess of abundance - an option other than the beautiful Fortuna. Lakshmi would be an incredible addition!
