14K Gold Vermeil

Awe Vermeil has been perfected for superior durability with an innovative oxygen bathing technique that improves gold adherence 3x over standard electroplating. In this process, we coat a 925 sterling silver base with 3 full microns of our signature 14k yellow gold and place the piece in a 100% pure oxygen chamber to remove any moisture and prevent tarnishing between layers. The 2 microns used by other vermeil jewelers is not enough for our standards.

925 Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver free of allergenic metals like nickel and coated in rhodium for superior luster and durability. Our 925 sterling silver is always free of allergenic metals like nickel. To ensure superior luster and durability, it's coated in rhodium - a metallic element resistant to corrosion.

2 Toned or Mixed Metals

Two toned describes a piece or set with mixed metals: Awe quality 14k yellow gold vermeil and solid 925 sterling silver.

  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and household chemicals: simply wipe clean with a soft cloth after any exposure.
  • Store in the embossed velvet pouch or jewelry box that comes with your order. Keep pieces separated.
  • Wear last, remove first: put jewelry on after applying skincare and fragrance.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Every piece is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If anything goes wrong due to manufacturing – broken clasps, loose stones, soldering defects, or premature finish issues – we'll replace it free of charge.

Repairs for normal wear or accidental damage are assessed individually. We also offer repairs for 14k solid gold pieces.

    Exactly what I needed

    I was looking for a gender neutral solid sterling silver brooch. They are very hard to find. Many jewelers use other metals for the pin part claiming that sterling silver isn’t strong enough, but this one only uses sterling silver, and it is certainly strong enough. The mother of pearl inlays are not “perfect” but they are smooth to the touch and plenty good enough. The piece didn’t exceed my expectations, but was exactly what I was looking for, and I recommend it!
