MATERIAL GUIDE

14K Solid Gold

All packaging is crafted from 100% recyclable materials — a gift that feels good in every way.

14K Gold Vermeil

Awe Vermeil has been perfected for superior durability with an innovative oxygen bathing technique that improves gold adherence 3x over standard electroplating. In this process, we coat a 925 sterling silver base with 3 full microns of our signature 14k yellow gold and place the piece in a 100% pure oxygen chamber to remove any moisture and prevent tarnishing between layers. The 2 microns used by other vermeil jewelers is not enough for our standards.

925 Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver free of allergenic metals like nickel and coated in rhodium for superior luster and durability. Our 925 sterling silver is always free of allergenic metals like nickel. To ensure superior luster and durability, it's coated in rhodium - a metallic element resistant to corrosion.

2 Toned or Mixed Metals

Two toned describes a piece or set with mixed metals: Awe quality 14k yellow gold vermeil and solid 925 sterling silver.

CARE & WARRANTY

Made to Last

Every piece is crafted from ethically sourced precious metals and genuine natural gemstones – never base metals that flake, tarnish, or irritate skin. Hypoallergenic and designed for everyday wear.

Care Tips
  • Gently polish with the complimentary Awe microfiber cloth included in every order to maintain luster.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and household chemicals: simply wipe clean with a soft cloth after any exposure.
  • Store in the embossed velvet pouch or jewelry box that comes with your order. Keep pieces separated.
  • Wear last, remove first: put jewelry on after applying skincare and fragrance.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Every piece is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty*. If anything goes wrong due to manufacturing – broken clasps, loose stones, soldering defects, or premature finish issues – we'll replace it free of charge.

Repairs for normal wear or accidental damage are assessed individually. We also offer repairs for 14k solid gold pieces.

SUSTAINABILITY & GIVE-BACK

Ethical Sourcing

We partner with independent, skilled workshops in Thailand, India, and Italy – regions with centuries of fine jewelry heritage. Our artisans are fairly compensated, provided healthcare, and work in safe conditions. Founder Jill Johnson has nurtured these relationships for decades to ensure integrity at every step.

Only precious metals and genuine natural gemstones – no base metals, glass, or imitations. Our gemstones are sourced through suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process and meet strict standards for ethical labor and environmental care. Every piece is handcrafted by artisans and may vary slightly in its beautiful detail.

Sustainable Packaging

Our packaging is made from 100% recyclable materials, so your purchase honors the planet as much as it honors you.

Give Back

Giving back is at the heart of Awe Inspired. Each piece in our Give Back Collection directly fund the causes we believe in – from mental health and LGBTQ+ empowerment to environmental justice and reproductive freedom – with millions donated to date.

Order protection should be provided by the company itself. Businesses usually have insurance. This feels like just an extra fee.

Elana, that's fair feedback. Order Protection is optional—it covers loss, theft, and damage in transit, and it can be removed at checkout or refunded if you'd rather not carry it. If you'd like it taken off a recent order, reach us through our website

I’ve never used it thus far, but I always get it just in case because you never know when you will need it
