Awe Vermeil has been perfected for superior durability with an innovative oxygen bathing technique that improves gold adherence 3x over standard electroplating. In this process, we coat a 925 sterling silver base with 3 full microns of our signature 14k yellow gold and place the piece in a 100% pure oxygen chamber to remove any moisture and prevent tarnishing between layers. The 2 microns used by other vermeil jewelers is not enough for our standards.

925 sterling silver free of allergenic metals like nickel and coated in rhodium for superior luster and durability. Our 925 sterling silver is always free of allergenic metals like nickel. To ensure superior luster and durability, it's coated in rhodium - a metallic element resistant to corrosion.

  • Wear last, remove first: put jewelry on after applying skincare and fragrance.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Every piece is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If anything goes wrong due to manufacturing – broken clasps, loose stones, soldering defects, or premature finish issues – we'll replace it free of charge.

Repairs for normal wear or accidental damage are assessed individually. We also offer repairs for 14k solid gold pieces.

Creativity Love Courage
While only 650 lines of Sappho’s seminal lyrical poetry have survived history, the Archaic Greek poet continues to captivate contemporary queer artists with her unabashed romantic lyricism. The very word “lesbian” was derived from her home island of Lesbos, and the term “sapphic” has been adopted to describe sexual love between women. We’ve incorporated her iconic line “someone, I tell you, in another time, will remember us” into her Goddess pendant as an ode to queer lovers everywhere.

    Love reading Sappho’s remaining poem excerpts-learned about her & studied her in college over 30 years ago & had no idea that she represented the LGBTQIA community!

    I fell in love with Sappho & her remaining writings in a Philosophy class over 30 years ago. Back then there was zero association with her representing any kind of community, I just related to her in that she was a “Love Zealot”& so was I!!! Wearing her is an homage to her as my poetic Love Zealous Word Warrior 📖🪶

    Sappho

    This came as my mystery goddess. I was bummed bc she’s not even a goddess but a poet. But then, I read about her and she was devoted to Aphrodite, who I devote to, so it was actually perfect. It’s larger than my other pendants but so pretty. There is is a lovely inscription on the back.
