U.S. Free Returns Policy
We want you to be completely in awe of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for a refund within the first 30 days. For a full refund to be granted, the item(s) must be returned with all original packaging in new, unworn condition.

If you purchased free returns/exchanges + package protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the free return/exchange + package protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Engraved orders are non-returnable.
U.S. Shipping Policy
Awe is pleased to offer free shipping for all U.S. orders of $150+. Domestic orders should arrive within 7 to 9 business days from the day they are shipped. Two-day and overnight shipping are also available within the U.S. and are available at checkout.
Please note, it is possible that shipping delays may occur on outbound orders as a result of COVID-19 as shipping services are overwhelmed with the volume of packages moving through their networks.
International Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are final sale at this time.
Free Shipping on orders of $150 USD or more on all international orders. We will gladly ship to most countries worldwide.
Orders under $150 USD will be charged flat rate shipping depending on the shipping destination.
2 Year Warranty
We want you to be absolutely in Awe of our designs. For 2-year from the date of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace your piece if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. If you experience a need for jewelry repair, please email info@aweinspired.com with your name, order number, and a description of your repair issue. We are confident in the quality of our product, hence the 2-year coverage. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or earring post, or broken chain), improper use or storage of your jewelry or any modification to your piece done by a third party outside of Awe Inspired.
