    Products come packaged in a 11.25" x 11.25"x 4" reusable box. Our smudge stick is wrapped in a reusable rice paper bag and measures approximately 4" x 1.5" x 1.5". Our crystal is wrapped in a travel muslin bag and measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5" x 1".

    Use:

    -Gently light the Smudge Stick for 10-15 seconds and use the smoke to cleanse your space

    -Place the Smoky Quartz Crystal on your stomach, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths

    -Lightly press the Calming Serum onto any of your nine major pulse points; to release anxiety and tension, we recommend applying pressure on your inner wrists, along the wrist crease towards the pinky side for about one minute

    -Complete your favorite mind, body, or spirit exercise from your Workbook; jot down thoughts and feelings
