Gemstone Saber-Tooth Earrings

An artifact from a speculative California, where nature has healed, and what has been tamed can be reclaimed. Designed in collaboration with Jhené Aiko, the Gemstone Saber-Tooth Earrings pay homage to the ancient protector of the west coast: the Saber-Toothed Cat. Here, his namesake becomes a symbol of a bold new future: one where women re-wild the world, and live in harmony with these once-forgotten beings. Hand-carved gemstones pair with canine teeth in precious metals, forming a single continuous line when adorned on the ear. The message is this: in any timeline, your own ferocity lives on. Choose moss agate to deepen your connection with nature; blue lapis for wisdom; or rutilated quartz to invoke a spiritual awakening.

Hand-carved from natural stones, these gemstone works of art are all unique and are more fragile than our precious metal pieces. To preserve their natural beauty, they should be worn and handled with care.

Awe Vermeil has been perfected for superior durability with an innovative oxygen bathing technique that improves gold adherence 3x over standard electroplating. In this process, we coat a 925 sterling silver base with 3 full microns of our signature 14k yellow gold and place the piece in a 100% pure oxygen chamber to remove any moisture and prevent tarnishing between layers. The 2 microns used by other vermeil jewelers is not enough for our standards.

925 Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver free of allergenic metals like nickel and coated in rhodium for superior luster and durability. Our 925 sterling silver is always free of allergenic metals like nickel. To ensure superior luster and durability, it's coated in rhodium - a metallic element resistant to corrosion.

Care Tips
  • Gently polish with the complimentary Awe microfiber cloth included in every order to maintain luster.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and household chemicals: simply wipe clean with a soft cloth after any exposure.
  • Store in the embossed velvet pouch or jewelry box that comes with your order. Keep pieces separated.
  • Wear last, remove first: put jewelry on after applying skincare and fragrance.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Every piece is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If anything goes wrong due to manufacturing – broken clasps, loose stones, soldering defects, or premature finish issues – we'll replace it free of charge.

Repairs for normal wear or accidental damage are assessed individually. We also offer repairs for 14k solid gold pieces.
