Awe Inspired × Practical Magic 2 Premiere Sweepstakes

1. SPONSOR.
The sponsor of AWE INSPIRED × PRACTICAL MAGIC 2 PREMIERE SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") is Awe Inspired, Inc., located at 1633 Cosmo St, Los Angeles, California 90028 ("Sponsor" or "Awe Inspired"). The Sweepstakes is held at a Nordstrom, Inc. ("Nordstrom") location; Nordstrom is a participating venue only. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Nordstrom. Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. ("Warner Bros.") and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of this Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) as of the date of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, and directors of Awe Inspired, Inc., Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (, Nordstrom, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and members of the immediate families and households of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on August 29, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on August 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting aweinspired.com/pages/pm2-premiere-sweepstakes or by scanning the QR code displayed at the Nordstrom South Coast Plaza pop-up activation and completing the entry form with their full name, valid email address, phone number, and any other requested information. Completed entry forms must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or untimely entries will be void and will not be eligible to win. The QR code and the online entry form are owned, hosted, and administered exclusively by Awe Inspired on Awe Inspired's web infrastructure. All personal information submitted through the entry form is collected, stored, and administered by Awe Inspired. Nordstrom does not collect, access, process, or receive any personal information submitted through the Sweepstakes entry mechanism.
All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on August 30, 2026. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro, automated, or other means to subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor.
6. PRIZE.
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Practical Magic 2 premiere screening and afterparty ("Premiere") in Los Angeles on August 31, 2026 (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00. Premiere tickets are not commercially available for purchase. Premiere tickets are for the screening and after party of Practical Magic 2 only. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Address of theatre will be provided a reasonable time prior to the Premiere. Winner and their guest are advised to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to screening start time. Winner and their guest must adhere to Warner Bros. security screening requirements. No one will be admitted without a ticket after the Premiere begins. Travel, lodging, transportation, ground transfers, meals, concession items at the theater, incidentals, and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or their guest. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or their guest. The Prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is subject to venue rules, health and safety requirements, and any conduct or dress requirements set by Warner Bros. In the event winner and/or their guest(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or Warner Bros. in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Premiere experience early. The Premiere date, format, and location may change or be canceled at Warner Bros.' discretion; in such case Sponsor reserves the right to award a substitute prize or no prize. If, for whatever reason, the Premiere is cancelled or rescheduled after the tickets are ticketed, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled showing of Practical Magic 2. Prize is non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-exchangeable.
7. DRAWING.
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Awe Inspired from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place within one (1) hour after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by Awe Inspired via the email address and phone number provided on the entry form (by email and SMS) and must respond within four (4) hours of notification to claim the Prize. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being declared the winner. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legally permitted, Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by Awe Inspired. Only one (1) alternate winner will be selected; thereafter, the Prize may remain unawarded, at Sponsor's discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. PUBLICITY GRANT.
Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees of the winner's name, likeness, picture, city and state of residence, and Prize won for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, without additional compensation or prior review, in any and all media, now known or to be developed, worldwide, in perpetuity; and upon request will provide specific written consent to any use as requested by Sponsor.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of the Sweepstakes, including administration, entry collection, winner selection, winner notification, and prize fulfillment. Entrants release and hold harmless Awe Inspired, Warner Bros., Nordstrom, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or failed entries or for technical malfunctions of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11. PRIVACY.
Information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at aweinspired.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, each entrant agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Nordstrom does not receive, access, or process any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes.
12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW.
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. WINNERS LIST.
The winner's list (first name, last initial, and state of residence) will be made available after winner verification is completed, upon written request to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1 for a period of thirty (30) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Practical Magic 2 and all related characters, names, marks, logos, and images are trademarks of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and are used with permission. Warner Bros. names, marks, and logos should not be used without the prior written permission of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. NORDSTROM and all related Nordstrom names, marks, and logos are owned by Nordstrom, Inc. and should not be used without permission. Awe Inspired and all related Awe Inspired names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Sponsor. Use of any such marks in Sweepstakes materials is subject to the prior written approval of the respective owner.
