Received an email claiming my package arrived this morning - it has not. When checking the order status it still says it’s in pre-transit in Los Angeles and has not even been delivered to the delivery couriers. This order was placed on 17th November and despite requesting an update on the status of the order 10 days ago no update has been provided. Very disappointed as the ring is expensive and was intended as a Christmas gift.

As a long-time AWE customer and a Classics & Archaeology major (Artemis is even my namesake!), I ordered these the second they dropped, no hesitation. I’d actually asked for a special edition Artemis in past surveys, so I was thrilled AWE listened and made it happen.
The design is stunning, and the moonstone really captures her ethereal energy. That said, I expected a solid gold backing behind the bezel-set stone; instead, it's open-backed and you can see the adhesive through the slightly transparent moonstone, which takes away a bit from the premium feel. A solid back would have elevated the quality and weight.
Packaging was another surprise. For a special edition, I expected at least a box — but both pieces arrived in just a pouch. I really miss the old mirrored boxes; this felt like a step down, especially at this price point.
Customer service was kind and responsive with my ring exchange, though the process was quite slow and there were repeated delays. I appreciated their help, but communication could have been clearer, especially since I was told my replacement size was set aside when it wasn’t.
Overall, I’m still happy with these pieces, they’re meaningful to me and look beautiful worn together. Just a few details I hope AWE considers for future releases.
