The terms that govern your use of aweinspired.com and our services.

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aweinspired.com and related services (the "Site"), operated by Awe Inspired, Inc. ("Awe Inspired," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Products, pricing & availability

We aim to display our products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current; on-screen colors and sizes may vary from the actual item. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit or refuse orders, and we may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders, shipping, returns & warranty

All purchases are subject to our current shipping, returns, refund, and warranty policies, available on our Customer Care page. In summary, and subject to those policies:

  • Returns are free within 14 days of delivery, in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and any security sticker intact. Domestic orders may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit; international orders may be returned for a refund or store credit (exchanges are not available on international orders). Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and store credit is issued as a gift card.
  • Free U.S. standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders; international orders ship via our partner Global-e, with duties handling shown at checkout.
  • Every piece is backed by our craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects — a lifetime warranty for orders placed on or after March 23, 2026, and a two-year warranty for orders placed before that date — as described in our warranty policy.
  • Installment payment options may be offered at checkout, subject to the applicable provider's separate terms — Klarna (available in the U.S. and many international markets) and Afterpay (U.S. orders only).
  • Final Sale and Special Order (made-to-order) items are not returnable or exchangeable except where a manufacturing defect is covered by our warranty. Special Order pieces can be cancelled only before production begins.

Promotions & discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion or discount code may be applied per order, codes cannot be combined, codes are case-sensitive and must be applied at checkout, and certain products (including Solid Gold and Special Order pieces) and gift cards may be excluded. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Goddess Circle membership

If you enroll in the Goddess Circle membership, you authorize a recurring monthly charge to your payment method until you cancel. Each monthly charge converts to store credit on your account, and membership includes additional benefits described at sign-up and on our membership page. Membership is available to U.S. customers only. You may skip, pause (up to three months), or cancel at any time through your member portal; we send a reminder before each renewal. Cancellation does not forfeit credits already on your account, which remain valid until their stated expiration.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward purchases on the Site, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and cannot be reloaded unless stated. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms presented at purchase.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to our text-messaging program (powered by Klaviyo), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property & use of the Site

All content on the Site — including text, designs, graphics, logos, images, and code, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by or licensed to Awe Inspired and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from Site content, or use it for any competitive or unauthorized purpose, without our prior written consent. Awe Inspired trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.

User submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you represent that you own or control the rights to it and that it is lawful and non-infringing. You grant Awe Inspired a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content across any media. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential or to compensate you for them, and we may remove content at our discretion.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; upload false, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content; transmit malware; interfere with the Site's operation or security; harvest data or contact information; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Site's contact information for unsolicited marketing.

Third-party links & content

The Site may contain links to, or content from, third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or content, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms. Links are not endorsements.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our product warranty, the Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awe Inspired and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awe Inspired and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) do not apply to these Terms.

Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action & jury-trial waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. It contains a binding arbitration agreement and a waiver of jury trial and class actions.

By agreeing to these Terms, you and Awe Inspired agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, our services, these Terms, or any products you purchase will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as stated below.

Informal dispute resolution first. Before starting arbitration, the initiating party must first send a written notice of the dispute (a "Notice") describing the claim, the facts it is based on, and the relief sought, and including the sender's name, mailing address, and email address. Notices to Awe Inspired must be sent to legal@aweinspired.com and to Awe Inspired, Inc., Attn: Legal Department, 1633 Cosmo Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally; if it is not resolved within 30 days of the Notice, either party may commence arbitration.

Arbitration. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at www.adr.org), as modified by these Terms, before a single arbitrator, and will take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise or the arbitrator determines another location is appropriate. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes about the interpretation, scope, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, and may award the same relief a court could on an individual basis. The arbitrator will issue a written decision stating the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action & jury-trial waiver. YOU AND AWE INSPIRED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND AWE INSPIRED KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. IF THIS CLASS-ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE AS TO ANY CLAIM OR REQUEST FOR RELIEF, THAT CLAIM OR REQUEST SHALL BE SEVERED AND RESOLVED IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHILE THE REMAINDER OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REMAINS IN EFFECT AS TO ALL OTHER CLAIMS.

Exceptions. This section does not require arbitration of: (a) qualifying claims brought in small-claims court; or (b) claims to enforce or protect intellectual-property rights, for which either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@aweinspired.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your full name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Arbitration fees. The AAA fee schedules govern filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees. Awe Inspired will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration Awe Inspired initiates. For any arbitration you initiate, Awe Inspired will pay those fees to the extent they exceed what you would pay to file the same claim in a court of general jurisdiction in your county of residence, unless the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. Each party otherwise bears its own attorneys' fees and costs, except where applicable law or the arbitrator's award provides otherwise.

Coordinated or mass arbitration. If twenty-five (25) or more similar demands for arbitration are asserted against Awe Inspired by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel, the demands will be administered under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules then in effect or, if those rules do not apply, the parties will negotiate in good faith a reasonable batching or bellwether protocol for the efficient resolution of the demands. This provision is intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Public injunctive relief; severability; survival. Nothing in this section limits your right to seek public injunctive relief to the extent that right cannot be waived under applicable law, and any such claim may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California. This arbitration agreement survives termination of these Terms and of your relationship with Awe Inspired. Except for the class-action & jury-trial waiver above, if any portion of this section is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. For material changes, the revised Terms take effect 30 days after posting; otherwise, changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.

EU/EEA & UK consumers

Nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory statutory rights of consumers in the EU/EEA and UK. EU/EEA customers have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal; see our withdrawal form and Customer Care page for details. EU consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Awe Inspired regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. A printed version of these Terms is admissible in proceedings to the same extent as other business records.
