Awe Vermeil has been perfected for superior durability with an innovative oxygen bathing technique that improves gold adherence 3x over standard electroplating. In this process, we coat a 925 sterling silver base with 3 full microns of our signature 14k yellow gold and place the piece in a 100% pure oxygen chamber to remove any moisture and prevent tarnishing between layers. The 2 microns used by other vermeil jewelers is not enough for our standards.

    I bought this gift for my wife who loves the moon. So when I came across this in an email promo I knew I had to get it for her birthday.
