Awe Inspired, Inc. is committed to making aweinspired.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe fine jewelry — and the experience of shopping for it — should be welcoming to all, and we are continually working to improve the usability and accessibility of our site.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA - the internationally recognized standard for making web content more accessible. These guidelines help ensure our site is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice navigation.
What we’re doing
- Designing for sufficient color contrast, legible type, and a clear, consistent structure.
- Providing meaningful text alternatives (alt text) for images that convey information.
- Supporting keyboard navigation and compatibility with common screen readers.
- Labeling forms, buttons, and links clearly so they’re easy to identify and use.
- Reviewing new features and content for accessibility, and fixing issues as we find them.
An ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. Some areas of our site may not yet fully meet our target, and portions of our content or functionality are provided by third parties (for example, payment, reviews, and embedded media) whose accessibility we don’t fully control. We welcome feedback that helps us identify and prioritize improvements.
