How do I join the Goddess Circle?

Add any item to your cart and you'll see the option to join at checkout. Start your free 30-day trial—no commitment required. You can also join anytime from your account dashboard by clicking "My Goddess Circle”.

Does Goddess Circle Membership have a monthly fee? Yes. After your free 30-day trial, you'll be charged $40 each month and receive $40 in store credit each month unless you cancel or pause your membership. The Goddess Circle is currently only available to US customers.

When will I be charged the monthly fee? You will receive email and SMS reminders 2 days before your recurring monthly fee is charged to your saved payment method. Your $40 store credit will be added automatically once the charge processes.

How do I update my payment method? Log into your account, click "My Goddess Circle," then "Manage Membership" and “Update Payment Method”. Then select “Send Email” to receive a link to update your payment details.

Do I have to shop every month? No. Your membership is flexible with no obligation to shop each month. You can save up your monthly store credit until you're ready to shop.

How long does my store credit last? Store credit expires 365 days from the date it's issued. You'll receive reminders 30, 15, and 3 days before your credits expire.

Can I use my store credit after I cancel? Yes. You can continue to use your remaining store credit for 365 days after cancellation (until the expiration date).

How do I check my credit balance? Log into your account and visit "My Goddess Circle" to see your current credit balance and expiration dates.

Can I checkout with any payment method and still use my store credit? No, ShopPay does not support store credit redemption. Use credit cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal to redeem your credits.

How do I pause or cancel my membership? Log into your account, click "My Goddess Circle," then "Manage Membership" and select either "Pause Membership" or "Cancel Membership."

How long can I pause my membership? You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Your membership will automatically resume after your selected pause period. Your credits and milestone progress are preserved during the pause.

What happens to my credits if I pause? Your existing credits remain available to spend during your pause. No new credits are issued while paused.

What happens to my milestone progress if I pause? Your milestone progress is preserved. Paused months do not count toward your progression, but you'll continue from where you left off once you resume.

Can I use my credits after I cancel? Yes. You have 365 days from the date each credit was issued to use it, even after cancellation.

What happens if my payment fails? If your payment method declines, we'll send you an email and SMS notification right away. You'll have 7 days to update your payment information in "My Goddess Circle" before your membership is automatically cancelled. Don't worry—if your membership gets auto-cancelled due to payment failure, you can rejoin anytime and your unused credits will still be available until their original 365-day expiration date.

Will I lose my credits if my membership is auto-cancelled? No. All unused credits remain in your account and are available until their 365-day expiration date, even after auto-cancellation.

Milestone rewards are our way of celebrating your loyalty. The longer you stay in the Goddess Circle, the more exclusive gifts you unlock. These aren't things you can buy—they're special pieces we've curated just for our most committed members. Think of them as thank-you gifts for being part of our inner circle.

When does the Goddess Circle milestone program start? Milestone gifts only apply going forward and are not awarded retroactively.

What are the milestone rewards?

How do I redeem my milestone gift? Once you reach a milestone, log into your account and visit "My Goddess Circle" and click the “Add to Cart For Free” button to add your gift to your cart. The discount code will auto-apply at checkout provided that at least one other item is in your cart and you are logged into your account. You have 30 days to claim your gift.

What happens if I don't claim my milestone gift? Milestone gifts expire 30 days after they're unlocked. Once expired, the gift is no longer available.

Do I need to make a purchase to redeem my gift? Yes, your milestone gift is applied as a discount code at checkout when you place an order.

Can I choose which gift I receive? No. All milestone gifts are pre-selected and curated by Awe. They are not customizable or exchangeable.

How will I know when I've unlocked a gift? You'll receive an email and SMS notification once you hit a milestone, along with instructions on how to claim it.

Do paused months count toward my milestone progression? No. Only active membership months count toward milestone progression. Your progress is preserved during a pause and resumes when you reactivate.

When do I receive my birthday credit? If you've added your birthday to your profile, you'll automatically receive $20 in store credit on your birthday. This credit stacks with your monthly $40 credit.

How does the refer-a-friend program work? Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase of $150+, you'll receive $30 in store credit and they'll get $30 off their order. You can refer unlimited friends.

Where do I find my referral link? Log into your account and visit "My Goddess Circle" to access your unique referral link.
