More vigorous steam, indicating greater heat, could be damaging and even burn sensitive skin. Place your yoni steam chair over the steamer, and before sitting down, test the heat of the steam with the inside of your wrist. Once seated, wrap a sheet around your waist to keep steam in. Steam twice a week for 20-30 minutes, skipping the week of menstruation.
